At Xivir, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, babydolls, nightwear, and intimate apparel are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

However, we may accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect size delivered (if shipped incorrectly by Xivir)

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available in cases where:

  • A wrong item was delivered.

  • A damaged or defective product was received.

  • The product received differs from the order placed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Requests made after the return request period.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos/videos.

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
