Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–5 Business Days

  • Major Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Other Locations in India: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed on the website.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Xivir will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the matter and assist with a suitable resolution.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • High seasonal demand

Xivir shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Shipping

Currently, Xivir ships within India only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
